Norma is our resident “Soupmelier” — crafting each batch from scratch with the same dedication and passion she’s shown since the very beginning. From hearty classics that warm you through the winter to lighter seasonal favorites, her soups have become a staple for longtime customers and newcomers alike. Beyond the soups, Norma also prepares our fresh cold salads, adding the same thoughtful touch and commitment to flavor that defines everything we do at Forte’s.
